Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, raisin 14%, fresh egg yolk free-range, candied orange peels 11% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), cane sugar, water, natural yeast, Italian Honey, fresh milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh eggs free-range, candied lemon peels 1,5% (lemon peels, glucose syrup, sugar), salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods).

It is unpasteurised and frozen for longer preservation however, as soon as defrosted, it tastes as if it has just come out of the Sardinian sea..... Apart from tasting absolutely amazing, sea urchin is a good source of energy, omega 3 fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, protein, minerals (such as zinc) and vitamins. Sea Urchin is also well known for being an aphrodisiac...

Carefully portioned in 100gr tubs, it can be eaten as it is, with good bread (and a good wine to wash it all down..) or, even better, with pasta (spaghetti or linguine).
