From the town of Desulo comes this moist cured salame made with free range meat from the Razza Sarda pigs. The meat used in these little salamini is free from gluten and lactose, it is very finely minced. The Razza Sarda pigs are very lean and often they mix breed with wild boars, therefore the fat content in these little salamino is low and the taste quite strong. |
