The most popular of Italian salumi. The pork is finely minced and seasoned with spices. Our Mortadella contains pistachio, but look out for the one with truffle too. In common with most charcuterie, Mortadella must be very thinly sliced, to release its wonderful aroma. Enjoy it in a panino, as an anti-pasto or cut it into cubes for a more flavourful meat stuffing. |
