Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through our website with Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you prefer you can also pay via PayPal, just choose that option during checkout and follow the instructions.
Wholesale customers: Please log in (click button in top right hand corner) using the username and password supplied to you. Browse through our store, or use the search facility and click on the items that you wish to buy and add them to you shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on " Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling
For UK mainland delivery the charge is £6.50 for orders of up to £100.
Delivery is FREE for orders over £100
For delivery to areas outside mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
Wholesale customers: The minimum order for free delivery is £150;
orders under £150 will be charged a £20 delivery charge.

Delivery Schedule
Retail orders: Providing all items are in stock and the order is placed before 1pm the previous day, we aim to offer a next day delivery service for arrival on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. However this is not guaranteed so if the order is urgent please call us to discuss the possibilities. Please also be aware that all packages MUST be signed for and cannot simply be left in a garage or porch.
Wholesale orders: To save too many vans being on the road, we outsource our deliveries to a refrigerated vehicle delivery company. Within the M25 orders need to be placed before 2pm Tuesday for delivery next day. Outside the M25 orders need to be placed by 2pm Wednesday for delivery next day. If we haven't received your order by your deadline one of our team should call you to double check whether you have an order.

Back Orders
Because we use small suppliers and sell a lot of seasonal products, all goods featured on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the website updated but if a product you order should be unavailable you will be notified of this by phone or email and given the chance to choose an alternative item, cancel your order completely, or put it on back order to wait until it is in stock (we will ship your other items to you if you wish).
If we are unable to contact you we will go ahead and dispatch the rest of your order without the said item or with a very similar alternative if available.

Tax Charges
Most of our produce is exempt from VAT. If this is not the case, it is stated clearly on the website. For orders made for such items from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy
Retail orders:
If you are not fully satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them to us within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are not perishable and arrive with us in the same condition in which they were sent.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be born by you, the customer and we decline all responsibility with goods that are of a highly perishable nature. We will give a full refund for goods that are returned (including delivery charges) within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Wholesale orders:
All goods should be examined at the time of delivery as no returns will be accepted afterwards. |

Payments by proforma invoice until credit accepted. Please contact us to obtain a credit application form to set up a credit account. (BACS transfer funds require three days to process. In order for you to receive your goods earlier please fax or email confirmation from your bank that the transaction completed successfully) |
