Almost indistinguisble from Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano is another verstaile Italian hard cheese. Unlike the milk used for Parmesan, Grana Padano is made with milk from cow's fed a fuller diet, it is younger than parmesan and produced on the other side of the River Po in regions such as Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto. |
