Welcome to our new range of monovariety extra virgin olive oils from Le Marche (The Marches). There are three single variety olive oils for you to choose from; Ascolana, Frantoio and Leccino. These olive oils are named after the particular olive variety used in their production. To achieve the optimum purity expected of a single-variety extra virgin olive oil, Antonella only gathers and stores one olive type at a time and a stringent process is followed when the olives are taken to press. Ascolana, Frantoio and Leccino are unfiltered, natural olive oils with low aciditys, varying between 0.13 and 0.19% per 100g, they are also high in polyphenols |
