Pancetta is similar to bacon and the meat is taken from the pork's belly, however Italian pancetta is cured for up to one month in temperature controlled rooms. This handy pack contains 100 grams of bite-size cubes; they are ready to eat but more commonly it is used to add flavour to soups, sauces or lightly fried in salads. |
