White and Black Truffle Oil, from the woods of Le Marche

Beneath the Sibilini mountains sits 'Tartufaia Boscodoro' a golden forest rich in wild truffles where Gilberto, his son Pierpaolo and their beautiful Irish setter forage at the foot of the small oaks for these prized treasures. On returning home they separate the tuber magnum (white) from the tuber melanosporum (black) and decide which to store and which to use to prepare these fabulous truffles oils.
