Produced under a stringent process, where the cut of fat is soaked in brine, massaged with salt and left to mature for a lengthy six months. The final stage sees the attractive black peppercorns sprinkled on its surface. Quattro Case is as delicious as it looks and when finely sliced it has a fabulous "melt-in-the-mouth" sensation. |
