Il Casale Organic Pasta Organic bronze-die pasta, Abruzzi, Italy
This range of pasta is made with organic wheat grown by a lovely Swiss family who settled in the Tuscan hills near Montepulciano in the '70s and is manufactured by a very reputable pasta maker in the Abruzzi who uses bronze dies and a slow drying process. A wonderful tasting pasta that is not just organic, but is of top quality; and it's beautifully packaged too!
